Buzz is a certified commissioning professional and water safety subject matter expert and has 20 years of varied experience ranging from his 3-year tour on a Ballistic Missile Nuclear Submarine to a Sales Engineer role with Nalco Water.

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Buzz now splits time between Annapolis and Seattle as his wife Maggie is active-duty Navy and XO of USS Gridley DDG-101 in Everett Washington. Buzz and Maggie both graduated from the Naval Academy in 2006 and share daughters, Cate and Ava. Buzz is a 2015 Georgetown University MBA graduate.
